Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

  1. We take approx 1-3 days to dispatch your product from the date of purchase.

  2. We won’t take urgent orders out of chennai.

  3. While placing order, please provide your special notes for shipping related points

  4. If the location is in chennai, you may receive the product within 1 or 2 days.

  5. Also we provide store pick-up option for chennai location.

  6. We also encourage for dunzo/rapido delivery within chennai provided the charges are beared by the customer for urgent orders.

  7. We ship your product through india post, it takes approx 5-10 working days (considering normal situation)to receive your product.

  8. If your location is in remote area, further delay may happen. We request you to kindly bear for the delay if any.

  9. General shipping charges via india post, rs.55/- per kg, however, shipping charges depends upon product weight & location of customer

  10. Gift packing option available (additional rs 20/- per packing  will be charged)

Cancellation Policy

  1. Products once ordered cannot be cancelled once the products are dispatched.

  2. While cancelling the order, please note that the refund amount will not include 3% of shipping, packing and transaction chargers.
